We make glass. We make the difference.

The difference between tempered and laminated glass

Tempered glass is heat-treated to be several times stronger and breaks into small, blunt pieces. Laminated glass consists of layers bonded by an interlayer that hold together after breaking.

Each has its uses: tempered for doors, showers and furniture; laminated for roofs, railings and high-rise façades. For higher-risk areas, we combine both in tempered laminated glass.
